A trip to Miyako

This week Midori and I went on a short trip to the island of Miyako. It was the third time I’ve visited Miyako and it’s one of my favourite places. We spent the first day cycling, the second walking, and the third travelling around by car. Fortunately, the weather was very warm and sunny throughout and we also managed to explore Kurima and Ikema – two small islands which are attached to the main island of Miyako by long bridges. Here are some photos:

oooohhhh I wish I could be there with you. Looks so inviting. Winter has finally left Oslo and the spring sun is giving new energy to all of us northern people.
